Mystified’s Beliefs

Thomas is writing this mainly to put people at ease. There is nothing wrong, mind you, with art that is provocative– or with artists who are. However, Thomas has noticed trends in the noise, drone, and dark ambient communities  espousing militant, anti-Semitic, or other borderline beliefs.

To those artists who support Nazism, fascism, or other extreme or racist systems of thought– please leave mystified out of such activities. Thomas is not telling you what to think– he is, instead, pre-empting himself from artistic projects involving potentially harmful and ignorant beliefs.

Thomas is not going to go into a complete summary of his own beliefs, though he places himself in a relatively moderate spectrum, and hopes that people in the music community, both fans and artists, can generally get along, both with himself and with one another.

Planete Interdite (Re-Post)

Planet Interdite Cover

Thomas has been getting good feedback on this release, so he wanted to re-post:

Mystified - Planete Interdite - A tribute to Forbidden Planet– 5″ CDr, $6.00 includes postage
23 intentionally short tracks loosely based on the 23 original ones from the movie soundtrack. Current bedroom studio technology applied to 1950’s science fiction wackery– a mesmerizing version of the world-famous work by the Barrons.
Released on Roil Noise Records:
